5th Grade Supply List
"Please note that you or your student is not required to purchase, donate, or contribute any of the requested items on the school supply list. Additionally, no student will be denied from participating in any classroom activity if he or she chooses not to purchase, donate, or contribute any requested item(s). However, if you voluntarily decide to purchase, donate or contribute any item in any quantity of the requested supplies and provide them to your student's teacher(s), the supplies will be shared equally among all the students in the class in order for each student to participate in the planned, fun, academic activities."

4 Spiral Notebooks - different colors (red, blue, green, and yellow)

3 Pocket folders - different colors
-
2 fine tip (not ultra-fine) dry-erase markers (most will need another during the year)

Ticonderoga pencils (Other brands do not sharpen well and can damage sharpeners.)

2 highlighters - 1 yellow, one other (pink, blue, green, or purple)

Pens-2 red, 1 black
-
Composition book (about 7½” x 9½”)

Erasers - either/or pencil tops or traditional
-
Small pencil box or bag if desired (there is not room in or on desks for large ones)
In addition to individual student supplies, our classrooms can always use the following:

Boxes of tissue (we go through a lot!)

Plain white copy paper/lined paper

Index cards
-
General Supplies-glue sticks, crayons, colored pencils, wide tip markers

Any of the items on the above list (pencils, whiteboard markers, colored pens, etc.)
If you voluntarily decide to purchase, donate or contribute any of the requested supplies and provide them to your student’s teacher, the supplies will be shared equally among all the students in the class in order for each student to participate in the planned academic activities.
